# wah no hair!-
hello yesterday 4 of the cls guys went to shave in the hair for hope project. That is an amazing 40% of the male population in 04s75 (44.4% if you exclude samuel) that embarked an a preview to NS by experiencing firsthand the much feared and famous head shaving process which everyone has to go through before entering NS. Lets just say, don't get too shocked when you see us on Monday. Our only regret is that we didn't managed to force Samuel to shave ... but he'll experience the head-shaving process real soon enuf(ok actually its stil a few months away)... and we all look forward to it, don't we? =)

yoz peeps! tot of injecting a bit more life to dis place by adding some pics taken during amy's surprise bdayyy... was a pretty small-scale thing since dere was sch the next day.. we waited for amy to finish her soccer match b4 tricking her into believing a few of us wil go to cheong chin nam to makan. blindfolded her when she got off the bus n brought her to da bbq pit at my place, where some of our class girls spent our evcening preparing da food.. potato salad, spaghetti, ice-cream, etc.. hee..
b4 dat, every1 headed to the gym. hahaa, dey were all clad in my pe shirts :p even xinyi frm our junior class who came to help out! hee.. n thanks to lala who provided stuff dat we din haf lyk plastic cups n all (:

in the morn, we pretended dat amy's slice of bday cake was the onli thing4her celeb. hahaa.. emme n liyu attempted to give her a peck on the cheeks!

hi ppl! just to settle some stuff.anw..firstly, nice photos there...=) too bad i wasnt in the CLS photo at the end of the chalet! =(
1. chalet
thanks to the ppl who helped to org the chalet, samuel, weidi, aloy, rich and the bbq helpers esp shiwei, aloy, jieyu, amy, joyce, yaqi and all who helped in a way or another =)
2. RHD kachang puteh
our grand total of 50 bucks to cls funds (haha) attributed to efforts by esp. weidi (checked out tong garden)aloy teo( went down to collect) serene (painstakingly counting the money) emmeline (bringing the steamer and cooking the corn) and everyone else who helped to sell it ( erm kachang puteh dance summore =P) and made us the only j2 cls to earn money this event=)
3. prom nite
dec 8, thurs, ritz carlton, 80 dollars per person. yeps...pls confirm by mon who wanna go k! we ll just book 2 hotel rooms for cls. one guys one girls.
4. portfolio
rmb that green dangling sheet with lame stuff like academic results tat requires all your bt and promos and prelims results. pls update your contents properly as i believe many changes have taken place since the last time we filled it up.
5. US tertiary education seminar
its on 24th july this sun at suntec. shiwei and me wants to go, so getting ppl. interested msg me. we meeting 1 pm at city hall mrt.
and on a private note. a big thank you to everyone who helped to make my bday on mon so so memorable=)) you guys rox!! ooh can i have photos if you guys have =P

upcoming snyo concert ...
hey guys. i feel i should share this news with everyone. if i just
don't tell ... well, simply, you guys will never know. that's the
simple rationale.
snyo (singapore national youth orchestra man) is having a orchestral
performance this coming tuesday, 5 july 7.30pm at vch. argh after chalet right! which i won't be staying over cos of rehearsal on monday night and tuesday morning grade 8 cello exam. sharks. more on that later. we'll be playing stuff that we'll take to vienna for youth orchestras competition, like academic festive
overtures, strange but local pieces (metamorphosis ... (?)),
electrifying quadruplet violin solos accompanied by seething
basslines by the great violinist and composer vivaldi, and faves
such as blue danube and chinese-orchestra style dance of the yao.
which really sounds like prince of egypt for unknown reason.
do come for a look, and a watch, if you are free and don't mind
letting some music into your life. corny but true. pls obtain your
tix from sistic as everyone else does, or if you wanna, you can ask
me to book for you if that's a more comfortable arrangement.
tickets are $7 and $4. but for tickets under $20 booked online they add $1 per ticket for sistic fee. yucks. hope that won't be a deterrent. if you didn't go watch hwachong strings (oh, i think it's everybody ...) rest assured snyo is of even higher calibre.
i was told there's a sistic booth at raffles shopping centre. so either you or me is going there to buy tickets. pls inform me.
and yes are you guys doing anything after booking out from chalet on tuesday? i really dun wanna miss this class outing. i know i won't have anymore chance after thursday! you guys will be continuing to mug your asses off for prelims after one week of resting. and of course eagerly awaiting block test two results. oops. fancy physics mcq half-wrong?
i shouldn't have crossed answers with S72 people.
